Victoria Kimani Vs. Choc City?

Kenyan Afro Pop Star Victoria Kimani confirmed via instagram on March 18th 2017 that her debut album with Chocolate City Music would be her last project.

Victoria Kimani (who formerly lived in the United States) was signed to Chocolate City in November of 2012 as a possible move to expand into both Kenyan and American markets. So far, it doesn’t seem to have yielded inroads as Chocolate City seems mostly quiet on the international front.

In my opinion, the biggest release Victoria has had since her signing has been the hit song “Show” produced by star kid Tekno in 2014. Still a club banger in 2017.

No matter what Victoria Kimani goes on to next, we hope at the very least, it’ll yield more good music for the fans. Her 2016 debut album “Safari” is still available on iTunes.
